Heat olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper in a large pan over medium heat. Add chicken thighs and brown for 10 minutes. Add tomato sauce and water, and reduce to low and simmer for 55 minutes. Add lemon juice. Stir occassionally. Remove from heat, make sure chicken is fully cooked (165 degrees F) and serve with your favorite pasta or rice. Also great to cook in an Instant Pot or Crockpot.
