Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly oil a casserole dish with olive oil. Place chicken leg quarters skin side up and brush with butter. Combine seasoning, salt and crushed red pepper. Evenly place seasoning mixture on chicken leg quarters. Drizzle chicken leg quarters with lemon juice. Bake for 50-60 minutes uncovered (temperature of chicken should reach 165 degrees F). Decorate with rosemary and lemon slices.
