Marinated Grilled Thin Sliced Chicken Breast

Ingredients
½ cup olive oil
2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley
4-6 GOLDEN VALLEY INDUSTRIES Chicken Breasts
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic chopped
¼ cup chopped green onions
Directions:
Combine all marinated ingredients in a bowl, then place in freezer bag.
Add Chicken and toss in freezer bag.
Marinate for at 2-4 hours in refrigerator.
Preheat grill on medium to high heat.
Place chicken on the grill for 6-8 minutes on each side—flip until 165 F.
Remove from grill and let rest 3-5 minutes before serving.
